MISSIONS
Reporting the IP manager and within a team of 5 people (including 3 patent attorneys), you will be in charge of :
- Drafting patent applications (or coordinating and supervising law firm’s drafting)
- Coordinating international extension filings
- Managing patent portfolios : including answering to office actions based on feedback from the Business when necessary; and filing a response or providing instructions to outer law firms for filing of a response
- Freedom-to-operate studies regarding third party patent rights
- Managing oppositions: offensive and defensive
- Communicating with external attorneys including on opposition and litigation matters; and providing other assistance and support to R&D, marketing, and Legal department staff as required on IP related matters
- Training and assisting technologists in recognizing patentable inventions and submitting invention disclosures
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Master degree of Science, engineer, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics or Physics
- Degree from Ceipi, ideally EQE
- A first experience in IP gained in house or in a law firm,
- French and English (at least written) required

You will join the Research and Development Center, just a stone’s throw from the Cergy Pontoise RER station, at the heart of innovation and the automotive industry of tomorrow.
Home office possible 2 days a week.
